Romance is the most vital key to keep a relationship alive and refreshing. And to keep the relationship loving and intimate, it is important to put in extra efforts to keep up the romance young and living. Since ages, candles have been associated with romance.  And what better than a romantic candlelight dinner can be to get cozy in your beloved’s arms and enjoy some intimate moments. Due to the busy life and hectic schedules, couples, these days, hardly get time to spend with one another. Enter here candlelight dinner that allows you to take out time and strengthen your relationship and feelings.  Most of our dinners are set up either in the garden, pool and boma area, or in our winter dinning room outside the main house. You can sit around the fire in the boma whilst waiting for your meal. Weather depending. Otherwise if the lounge area is not being used, in the winter we light a fire and lots of candles. We can design a menu according to your desire and needs.  From baked Camembert, Prawn cocktails, Smoked Salmon, Mussels, for starters, to Seared Salmon, Fillet Steaks, Lamb Shank, Curries, and more to choose from. PLEASE NOTE: This meal would have to be pre booked before your arrival to insure we can arrange it in time and buy the fresh ingredients from Cape Town as unfortunately Darling Spardoes not have much to offer in our little village.
